    Now they want us the customer to do our own scan with their tool wich I don’t know anything about like what is this even they are just getting lazier yall need to fix that because if don’t know how do do you think my mom will?

    Yeinmar was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me and my mom and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Super nice, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and provided great recommendations that really helped. Customer service like this is RARE these days. I’m glad we ran into her! I recommend this AutoZone 100% and ask for Yeinmar, she’s outstanding!
