I was unable to have them installed while I was there because I had another appointment, but the young lady behind the counter assured me that I could come back later in the day and someone would help me out which is exactly what happened. I had a great experience and the young man who installed the windshield wipers his name was Nathaniel Sosa. Wow….very pleasant young man and he didn’t complain about the extreme heat but encouraged me to wait inside the store. He didn’t give up or complain but completed the task at hand. Today I was impressed by an 18-year-old willing to do his job with a smile on his face.
