Asked the employee if they have any because I don't see it on the wall, he was unsure about that oil and asked who I'm assuming is a manager. Manager says no, they don't have. I asked if they order it, or some other option. He just said no and kinda brushed it off. Well. I went to O'Reillys right on the same plaza and the guy behind the counter knew exactly what I needed. It wasn't on the floor but he took his time to check the back. I wound up getting oil and filters for my 3 vehicles that I was working on this weekend. You guys were my first choice.. now I'm not so sure.

When I wanted to pay my items in cash. No problem I payed the item using my card. Used the product which was tire shine on one of my tires and was not pleased. Called in seeing if I could get a refund. Realized the person who picked up my call was the same person who shew me away. Instead of politely telling me that the item was not able to be refunded. Employee decided to smart mouth me, when all I wanted to know was, if this item was refundable. Don’t know the employee name but he was working beside the self checkout. Way to treat your customers buddy. 8/29/25 2:45pm~
