  I had a very bad experience at AutoZone. Yesterday, I brought my battery in cause i thought it was dead and needed to be charged at 3 pm. When I came back the next day at 9 am to pick it up, they just gave me the battery, so I assume everything was good since they didn't mention anything. When I got home, the battery wasn't working. So I had to go all the way back there just for them to say it doesn't work. She didn't have any sympathy, all she said was ''do you want to buy a battery?'' They made me waste my time.

  They don’t speak English and have no idea what they’re doing. First of all, no customer service and second of all can’t figure out how to scan a car.

  Employee with slick black hair , has been, rude , nasty, annoying , stalking me around the store for meaningless , pointless, intrusive , divisive questions. There’s a difference between greeting a customer and showing hospitality and respect , and just meaninglessly following someone you believe to be a thief or a race you don’t want shopping around the store. I’m a black male and the employee is Hispanic . I’ve reported him in the past because I charged a battery, received a ticket , when I went to check if the battery was bad or good . This slick back hair younger employee , proceeded to say my battery wasn’t dropped off at the store and didn’t bother to throughly check. After calling the assistant manger of the store and a little back and forth about the younger employees rude ,nasty , attitude , they retrieved my battery. Ever since I told his manager , this young man has been nothing but disgusting , angry, resentful of the situation and follows me from when I enter the store , to the moment I use the self checkout . If this continues , I’d like to report the harassment to corporate , or regional managers and find out if this behavior is protocol for Autozone sales associates . I’ve lived in this area 35 years and been a long time shopper of auto zone stores. ***Based of the past lowest reviews , I agree and believe all of them, this place is terrible and I won’t ever be shopping here again
