- RMRonald MendozaFeb 5, 20261.0Chris el gerente del peor auto partes de la 192 Kissimmee, si no sabes atender al cliente quédate en tu casa no me quiero imaginar como debes de ser en tu casa, Compré una batería con el VIN de mi carro y me dieron la incorrecta, regreso a que me den una solución y lo único que me dijo que eso no era su problema que el me vendió y ese era su trabajo, ósea me quedé sin batería y sin dinero para poder comprar otra , no recomiendo este lugar para nada en lo absoluto no son nisiquiera porfecionales para atender al cliente y brindarles una solución 🤮
- BPBarbara liseth ParraFeb 5, 20261.0Les doy una estrella porque necesitaba un servicio de batería, me costó casi 200 dólares los pagué sin ningún problema, le puse la batería ahí al frente en el estacionamiento pero no sirvió, yo llevé las coordenadas para que me dieran la batería correspondiente y no fue así, un empleado no se si fue el manager me habló todo grosero me regresaron el dinero pero tengo que esperar de 24 a 48 horas y no lo veo justo porque mi trabajo es el auto, no me ayudaron en NADAAAAAAAAA !!!!!!!!!!! NO ES TANTO EL DINERO SI NO LA NECESIDAD QUE SE TIENE EN ESE MOMENTO Y MÁS SI SE TRATA DEL AUTO deberían de ser más coordiales Y LA PERSONA QUE ME HABLÓ GROSERO DEBERÍAS DE TOMAR CLASES PARA TRABAJAR CON ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE O SIMPLEMENTE QUÉDATE EN TU CASA DURMIENDO .

Does Advance Auto test and install batteries?
Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
