We had a great conversation And in my opinion, he’s an asset to the company. You need to hire more people like Eric. They kept it in store for a day instead of giving me a replacemnet right away like other store do. Took the replacement in March & never got the car to work. So we ended up selling the car about 2 months ago. Now I take the battery back with on less than 6 months old to Advanced Auto Store where I purchase it from & they refuse to return or swap for me with other battery type that would fit my other car. WHAT IS 2 or 3 years B.S WARRANTY MEANS THEN? Can anyone from Avanced Auto parts explain?
