  Franke is the man! As honest as a sales man can be I came to him with some competition with prices and he put the gloves on and faught off the competition! I unfortunately have to wait a few months to buy my RV but I’ll be back to see franke!

  Brian was absolutely amazing while helping me pick an RV. He was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. If you go you should ask for him! I will be coming back!

  I 100% CANNOT say enough positive things about my experience in the service department at Camping World Kissimmee. My lead service rep has been Junior. This gentleman is incredibly kind and his customer service is unparalleled. Pinch hitting for Junior has been another rep named Noel; Just another example of excellence at his craft. The service techs are so hardworking and great representatives of their company and industry as a whole. Generally speaking, needing service on my RV is not something I “look forward” to, but I do look forward to seeing everyone at Camping World Kissimmee. Kudos to you all!!!

  Buenas tarde lamento tener que dar un comentario negativo después de que compramos nuestra RV lamentablemente no tienen servicio de atención cuando tienes alguna duda o alguna reparación. Al final mi esposo a tenido que usar inteligencia artificial para resolver cualquier problema obtenido con nuestra RV,es muy triste por que el problema es que siempre estan ocupados y nunca te devuelven la llamada que quedan regresarte. Espero que puedan dar importancia a que los clientes no dejan de ser clientes cuando ya obtuvieron la compra,seguimos siendo clientes seguros y a futuro con la fidelidad de atención.

  Everything was going well, the salesman, Jose, was very nice and not pushy. The problem began when we began talking numbers. They were nothing related to the numbers available online or what we had discussed with Jose. Then when we ask the finance guy, Izzy, why the numbers were so different and the payment was so much higher even with an unrealistic down payment. He said and I quote "that is like when you go fishing, you throw the line out there with bait and you hook a fish and pull them in, that's how we got you in here. That the numbers online are only for people that have an 800 credit score." When I commented that this is a bait and switch he said "oh no it's in the fine print." The fine print may keep you out of court, but does not excuse the unethical sales practice nor the unprofessiomal demeanor we received. At this point we got up and walked out. They will never see my business.
