  Counter employee upon arrival was cordial and helpful even during a very busy flight day. Gentleman in the parking garage was also very helpful explaining some questions we had about the vehicle, and upon return, the parking garage employee was extremely nice, respectful and helpful. Signage was perfect and the vehicle was super clean and looked brand new.

  Outstanding customer service experience with the National location at Key West airport. We were stranded with flights canceled due to the storm in the Northeast and no prospect of rebooking until about 5 days later, so we decided to see if we could extend our rental and return it to Providence, RI. Customer service over the phone was unable to complete the modification and suggested that we go to the airport counter. Both team members were friendly and immensely helpful. Not only were they able to modify the length and return location, they got us an extremely good rate (half of what the phone call center was quoting us). All while expertly managing the long line of other customers, many of whom were stuck/stranded too. I can't thank them enough for making it possible to get home and helping so professionally.

  National is just flat-out the best. Never been easier to rent or return a car! Key West is notorious for long rental lines but the staff is super friendly and the staff who work the lot are the absolute best!
