  Rico is a great guy. Very helpful and truly wants the best for his customers. Enterprise is a very busy place and it's just him and one other guy running the entire place. It's worth being patient with them. If they don't answer the phone or put you on hold, just call back in 10 minutes. Thanks Rico.

  Shoutout to superstar Luis for being an absolute angel to me and my father when our travel plans changed unexpectedly and we needed a car desperately. He was the best person to deal with, was so friendly and understanding, and he definitely deserves a raise and all the praise. The car was also nice and clean!

  Staff was borderline incompetent, I told them 3 times I dropped off the car, each time they seemed surprised that I did so, attempted to charge me or my insurance extra for their lack of communication with both the insurance and repair company. Car was alright, it didn’t have any wiper fluid and the dash was pretty grimey, but it ran good and was otherwise clean. Enterprise on Roosevelt has to get their shit together

  Booked a car rental. Louis notified me shortly after that he has no availability. Saved me time money and hassle going down there and leaving empty-handed.
