  They really need more staff available. My husband and I got a Vehicle that had a weird alarm we would not turn off. There was no one outside to help us and when I went back into the airport to swap cars seriously very long line again. So I had to wait again even though I said I had a problem with the existing car. The car we ended up with still had trash in it from the previous renter. This is the first Enterprise I have ever had an issue with so maybe it’s just not our lucky day. 🍀

  Rented a car. Arrived at their location. They told me they “don’t have the inventory for same day rentals.” No disclaimer on the website. No phone call or email correspondence. $30 wasted on a Uber to the airport to be stranded

  I rented from Enterprise during an extended stay in Florida due to weather. The service from Enterprise employees was excellent and the car was new and in good condition
