He was getting call after call asking about rentals and his responses to each caller were kind and informative. Very impressive during what was a stressful time for many (flights had been canceled and the car inventory was extremely low). He held his composure and remained helpful to every caller. I had to wait briefly but he kept me updated and wished me a great trip. Love to see such fantastic customer service and will definitely remember this when I need to rent again.
