I rented from Enterprise during an extended stay in Florida due to weather. The service from Enterprise employees was excellent and the car was new and in good condition

They have a very poor pickup experience here. Long lines and checking in via the app is useless.

I am giving this location 1 star because I originally rented a minivan for my family trip over the Christmas holiday. However, upon arrival at the airport, I was informed that the minivan I reserved was not available. Because the airport was extremely crowded and my family—seven people total—was exhausted from traveling, I felt pressured to accept a 15-passenger van instead. This vehicle was far from suitable for our needs. Driving and parking such a large vehicle every day of our vacation in Key West was extremely challenging, and the situation was made significantly more difficult because I was traveling with my elderly parents. My father uses a wheelchair, and my mother struggled to get in and out of the oversized van. I would not have chosen this vehicle had there been any reasonable alternative, but given the circumstances at the airport, I felt I had no real choice. At a minimum for accepting this invconvenience, I expected to be treated fairly and to receive a refund for the difference between the vehicle I reserved and what I felt forced to accept. Unfortunately, since first contacting the company and Expedia about this issue three weeks ago, I have been given the runaround without resolution.

had an excellent experience with Enterprise, thanks to Jessie! From start to finish, Jessie was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I had exactly what I needed.
I want to sincerely thank the team at Enterprise in Key West for truly saving the day during a very stressful travel situation.
We had originally made a reservation with another rental company, but upon arriving just 10 minutes past our expected arrival time, we were told the counter was closed and that our vehicle was not available—leaving us with no options or solutions. With three children and a planned drive to Marathon, we were suddenly facing the possibility of being stranded in Key West.
The Enterprise team immediately stepped in and helped us find a solution. Although it required renting two separate vehicles and did cost more than we had originally planned, the staff was exceptionally helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. They were empathetic to our situation, patient with our concerns, and focused on helping us get back on track.
The vehicles were in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and reliable—which made a long and stressful evening much easier.
In hindsight, while Enterprise may have been slightly more expensive upfront, the level of service, reliability, and peace of mind they provided was well worth it. I truly wish I had booked with them from the start instead of trying to save a few dollars elsewhere. Lesson learned.
