I was in the Uber to come get the car when they called to tell me they didn't have a car for me. I told them the circumstances and that I was able to book and pay for a vehicle. They pretty much said "too bad, so sad"... so I still drove over there prepared to use another company. I checked in at the enterprise counter and he handed me a key. He really didn't say anything, didn't walk around the car, didn't check the car, no real anything. The windshield was cracked, but I didn't feel like I could say anything. I was not used to this lack of care. Pretty disappointed.
