David D, knew immediately those wouldn't work and why. And then he showed me the correct wipers, then he installed them for me without me even asking! Very friendly and knowledgeable man. He also offered if I need anything else for my car, to come see him and he'll take care of me. Wow!!! This is customer service!!! As an older woman not from here I'm very appreciative for David taking care of me.

- SSSpin SellersSep 27, 20251.0I purchased my car from a friend a couple years ago swapped out the battery bought a gold rated duralast battery that has a three-year warranty apparently it was not linked to my account which voided the warranty. Everything is made cheap now and they’ll do anything to get out of replacing it. The tag on the battery clearly states it was bought in 23 the year 25 there’s a three-year warranty just because it’s not linked to account. They get to screw me out of 200 bucks.Customer service was terrible. Thanks for nothing.

No big deal can we please order the part and was informed at that moment they could not order until I came in to pay for it. I explained I live 45 minutes away and then was hung up on and they would not answer my return call. Ended up paying 35 dollars more from Napa. But hey you have to pay a little for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this AutoZone for any thing. 20 years as an auto tech/shop manager and was never treated likely this.
