  Visited this location for the first time and was helped by David and his customer service was 10/10, Excellent! David was very helpful with what had brought me in to the store, he even checked my car's battery and gave me a report of my vehicles performance from his testing kit. I will be going back for my vehicle needs!

  Thank you David D!!! After another associate tried to help me, but recommended an item that doesn't work for my car. But she did ask David D to verify. David D, knew immediately those wouldn't work and why. And then he showed me the correct wipers, then he installed them for me without me even asking! Very friendly and knowledgeable man. He also offered if I need anything else for my car, to come see him and he'll take care of me. Wow!!! This is customer service!!! As an older woman not from here I'm very appreciative for David taking care of me.

  I purchased my car from a friend a couple years ago swapped out the battery bought a gold rated duralast battery that has a three-year warranty apparently it was not linked to my account which voided the warranty. Everything is made cheap now and they’ll do anything to get out of replacing it. The tag on the battery clearly states it was bought in 23 the year 25 there’s a three-year warranty just because it’s not linked to account. They get to screw me out of 200 bucks.Customer service was terrible. Thanks for nothing.
