I have companies in keywest and so I’m flying in every week to two weeks to visit them. Dillon and his staff have become to know me since we see eachother on a weekly basis. The whole process is awesome and takes literally less than 10 min. I have built up a great relationship with your staff that I truly will never rent from anyone else but Dillon and his staff. I am also part of the keywest chamber of commerce and have shared my experiences with them and expressed how impressed I am everytime I come down and rent a car from them. So props to Alamo and Dillion along with his staff. I truly appreciate everyone of you and look forward to seeing you continuously on a weekly basis. Jay.

- CHCharles HenryDec 8, 20255.0Came to Key West for vacation. Has a car reservation at airport with Hertz. Other and no cars available for anyone holding a reservation. They seemed to have a no cars and no care attitude.Made no attempt to speak with us just walked away to the back of the kiosk through the rear door. Went to Alamo and they checked their reservations and checked with the guys out in the lot band they found a car for us. Very pleasant and professional. We travel extensively and I am a Hertz Gold member ( apparently a useless reward status). If Alamo is at place where we are going, we are going with Alamo.
