  Staff member Michael was amazing. He was very polite and professional and informative. He even dropped us off at our hotel after we returned our rental saving us a long walk. Checking in online was a breeze. The standard car we rented was clean and just exactly what we needed. All and all a very positive experience.

  terrible service. they told me my car was reserved, i went in to collect the car, and was told there was not a single car available, the guy in the the office was so blatantly unbothered and unhelpful about the situation, i found another rental service, i said "im desperate for a car, i had a bad experience this morning" his reply "let me guess.... enterprise". seeing all the inane replies to negetive reviews on here, i dont expect anything to ever change here, and i wont be visiting your customer "care" section in your website either. as an owner of a few air bnbs down here, i shall be telling all my clients to avoid enterprise at all costs. shame.

  hideous experience. we reserved our car online, i called the office to confirm pick up time, they told me to show up at that time. when i got to the office i was greeted by the rudest man ive ever dealt with in any of the service industry. he told me they have no cars available at all, i said "im trying not to be rude here, but we reserved online, i called you, and you told us to pick the car up at 12:00" he went on to tell me that "it works the other way round when clients are late" i had no idea what he was trying to get at, i reiterated my point and then he told me "listen brett, ive explained the situation to you" so after him telling me he will do all he can to get me a car, and call me before 5pm (which never happened) i went to another rental place, and they told me they had 4 dissatisified customers that morning who had gone to them after enterprise let them down. that was my first enterprise experience and my last.

  The associate who helped me pick up my vehicle (I believe his name was Michael) provided exceptional service and went out of his way during his break to help me pick up my car so that I could make my flight on time. I'm not sure how i was permitted to schedule a pickup during a window where the location was supposed to be closed - but this young man was so tremendously helpful and ensured that I could still pick up the vehicle during my originally scheduled time. All the praise goes to him--he is a rockstar!
