    Alex, the Enterprise rep working on my case in the Key Largo office. Very communicative, attentive, patient, and frankly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with Enterprise service AND comfortable in the vehicle. He made the car rental experience that much better!

    First I was given a car with low coolant and was told the car was good to go, it wasn’t. Auto shop had to add coolant. Then the car was down at least a quart of oil and the passenger tire was leaking a lot of air overnight. I wasted 8 hours of my time because of the company’s incompetence. When I was fed up and called roadside assistance they told me I never should have been rented that car. I then had to drive to Daytona airport and was given a decent car. The associate at the Key Largo location was horrible and did not seem concerned when I originally brought in the car after having issues. The rental agents in the Palm Coast location were rude and did not care, very poor customer service. When the car I had been rented had major issues they sent me to a local shop that did nothing for me except waste my time. I would never rent from this company or recommend them either. Very very awful experience.
