  Christopher was an amazing Rep!! Not only did he work with my budget but he also tried getting further info for my type of vehicle given I have a bass system , he reassured the battery would be a great fit so this issue won’t occur again. Thanks a bunch!

  Ricardo at Autozone was outstanding! I came in for a “Check Engine” light that came on and he was able to verify that I had a bad Master Brake Cylinder and also found that my battery was not charging as it should. He replaced my battery and did so with a very helpful and professional demeanor. It was very refreshing to have had such a pleasant experience. Thank you again for all your help Ricardo - Great Job!!

  Good Customer Service, very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me pull up a DTC code for a check engine light at no cost, and even printed out a summary to present to my mechanic. Would definitely recommend this store, I've been coming here for years.
