  I got four new tires on amazon and picked this Goodyear location for tire installation. Everything went very smoothly, appointment, call from Goodyear that tires have arrived, showed up, they helped to find the locking nut. After about 1 hour got a call that all is ready and set. Showed up, picked the car, all the payments were through amazon, no fuzz, easy peasy. The guy at the front desk was easy going and helpful. Overall very good experience, and the installation cost was very reasonable.

  I've been a goodyear customer for years. Recently I lost the key to my wheel locks. I went in to goodyear to ask if they can remove the locks for me. There's 4 of them. He said yes but it will cost $120.00 to remove them. I passed. That is absolutely ridiculous. Are you kidding me! They just lost a lifetime customer!!!

  I would highly not recommend this Goodyear location. The staff made it clear they did not want to do their job and were turning customers away instead of offering assistance

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. My experience with Goodyear today was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the store, I was met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior from Laszlo, which set the tone for the entire visit. Unfortunately, this has been the most unpleasant interaction I’ve ever had with Goodyear. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service moving forward.

  Poor customer service with inept staff. Far superior service facilities in Jupiter. Dropped off vehicle at 8am. They called at 4pm to tell me they cant change tire or do oil change. There excuse was it's to difficult to work on a 2016 Mercedes sprinter van. Go figure...
