  I got my tires changed here today! Time wise, the service was great. I was able to make an appointment the day after I called, and it was expected to take 2 hours, but they changed 2 tires in under 1 and 1/2 hours! I spoke with Rese and Sergio at the front desk. These gentleman displayed exceptional customer service. They were helpful, personable, and most importantly extremely patient when I had any questions about the car parts and pricing.

  My tire had a slow leak, so I dropped it off at 8:30 am, thinking I would pick it up on my lunch break. They said it would take 2 to 3 hours and would call me when it was ready. At 1:30 pm, I called to check the status, and they said they had to go find out and would call me right back. At 2:00 pm, I called back and they said they had found it, but it wasn’t ready yet and said it would be the next job on the machine. I stopped in at 3:30 pm to pick up my tire, and they still had not repaired the tire, and started the repair right then. I waited another 30 minutes while they quickly repaired it. When I cashed out, they said it was $80 and not $40 because it needed 2 patches. I said the $40 was to remove the tire from the rim, remount the tire, and balance, not just the cost of the patch and they didn’t have to remove the tire from the rim twice. They said they didn’t have a price code for just an additional patch and had to charge me the full $40 for each repair. Find another shop to go to. I’ve been using them for years, and they used to be good and fast. Now it takes 7 hours and double the price to repair a leak on a tire that was already removed from the car.

  We were driving home from Miami and had tire troubles on a late Sunday afternoon. They fit us in and even stayed a little late. Highly recommend!!!

  Wanted to give a shout out to Jeffrey, and Casey at Tire Kingd in Jupiter. These guys are not only super professional but they both are good guys you can trust!! I was driving to my weekly Saturday tee time, from Stuart down to Boynton (this weeks location) and while driving on the Turnpike my air pressure message alerted me in my Honda Pilot, to say I thought for sure I was going to miss my tee time (that’s was in 55mins and still 30+ mins from the course) both Jeffrey and Casey made sure I was taken care of!!!! Not only was I able to grab an Uber quick, these guys made sure I was able to grab my car in time before closing!!! Solid work gents, appreciate the kindness and effort. Be well. Michael

  Great help, the gentleman man named Woz, is such a nice helpful human. He went above and beyond. Checked all our tires and trying to identify if we had a leak in our tire. Filled the with air and sent us on our way. I definitely recommend Tire Kingdom and Woz for all your tire needs. Excellent service. Thank you Woz!
