  Stopped in for a quick oil change. It was the first time at any location, Jiffy lube or any other vendor that no one attempted to upsell me unnecessary services. Brandon was extremely transparent about services not needed, and suggested lookouts to keep an eye on. The transparency and honesty was tremendously appreciated and that is how you build a reliable customer base.

  I think of Jiffylube as “the quick option”, and I was pleased to find also this location has outstanding professional service and reasonable prices…. they say you can’t have all three but here we are and I highly recommend this location!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Jiffy Lube. I went in for a standard oil change and was told I needed my brakes replaced immediately. The paperwork had “METAL ON METAL” and “PARK CAR IF NOT COMPLETED” written in bright red letters. I was quoted over $500 for new brake pads and rotors and made to feel like my vehicle was unsafe to drive. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. A friend helped me check my brakes, and there was more than half of the brake pad remaining — nowhere close to metal-on-metal and absolutely not an emergency situation. What is most concerning is that this wasn’t just one employee making a mistake. Supervisors were involved in delivering this diagnosis. That means multiple people either failed to properly inspect my vehicle or knowingly exaggerated the issue. This felt like a clear attempt to pressure and upsell an unnecessary repair by using fear tactics. Writing “park car if not completed” in red ink is alarming — and completely irresponsible when it’s not true. Customers trust auto shops to give honest assessments, especially when safety is involved. This experience has seriously damaged my trust, and I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before approving any major repairs here. VERY disappointed. I won’t be going to this location or any jiffy lube in the future. I’ve included pictures of the quote they wrote me, the rear brake pad (that was supposedly “metal on metal” ) compared to a brand new pad. And the second brake pad still in place. As you can see, there is more than half of the brake pad left.

  My experience at Jiffy lube was top notch. I truly appreciated the friendly and professional service I received. It was a very efficient, enjoyable experience thanks to the wonderful team. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend them to anyone looking for service in the area.
