  I highly recommend renting a car from this facility. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout out to Amber Shifflett for making my rental smooth and easy. Very kind and helpful.

  Came into town for a funeral. Booked and reserved my car earlier in the week. Our flight came in later than expected- a half hour before they closed. I tried to call the building to ask them if I could still get the car immediately in the morning. I called from about 5:30 until 6:01. Nobody could be bothered to answer the phone. When I arrived in person the next day, I waited in line as they told two other customers ahead of me that they didnt have their reservations. They told me "its like a restaurant". I booked a car for a week to transport what my uncle left me when he passed away, and to get around the area for the actual funeral, and dude behind the counter could not have cared less. I get that its snowbird season, but at least on doordash, if a restaurant is out of mushroom risotto, the website doesn't let you order it; Unlike an economy sedan from Enterprise.

  This used to be my go-to car rental location. It was well run and consistently offered great prices—until recently. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the staff seemed almost surprised that I expected the vehicle I reserved to actually be available. It felt like something straight out of the Seinfeld reservation episode. They made things worse by insisting they left a voice mail right after I booked—no such voicemail was ever received—and claiming they had called me before I arrived, which also never happened. I don’t do business with companies that operate this way. They responded with a BS link. I attached a screen shot of my reservation. Do not do business with these people!!!!! I rented a pickup truck because I have a bunch of stuff to move tomorrow. So of course, when I show up, they offer me… a sedan. Yes, a sedan. Not sure how they expected me to haul anything—roof rack? Magic? Now I’m scrambling to figure out what to do tomorrow.

  Even though I reserved a specific vehicle type a week ahead of time they did not have that type of vehicle when I came to pick up the car. Extremely disappointed and inconvenient.

  My rental car from another enterprise broke down. I had to go here to sort everything out. All I can say, is if my warranty from where I’m leasing a car didn’t lead me here, I would never do business with this company. There was a very strange “not my problem” vibe across the board dealing with this company. I needed a certain size vehicle to accommodate my children, and that was completely disregarded. I spent a whole entire day trying to coordinate a new replacement rental and never got in touch with them until the next day. I do not recommend using this company by choice. They do not prioritize customer service.
