  Great experience at Enterprise in Jupiter, Florida! The team was friendly and efficient, and the whole rental process was smooth from start to finish. I rented a Black BMW 3 and driving was excellent. Taylor Ann Mc Gee was especially helpful and professional—she made everything easy, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a hassle-free rental!

  I had the same experience as Tim, a reviewer below. I received an email confirmation from enterprise stating that my reservation was confirmed and several days later when I showed up on the confirmed day they didn’t have any vehicle available and claimed that they called me to tell me nothing would be available. I did get a call, but the voicemail left stated that my reservation was CONFIRMED. I received zero notification that I would not have a car on the day I needed it for work. But the biggest issue I had with this entire situation is that the manager did absolutely nothing to help. In fact, he did almost everything he could do to make the already situation worse by being argumentative and lying to me about leaving me a call/voice message that there was not a car available even though I showed him proof that that had not been the case and then later stating that it was ultimately my responsibility to call and confirm that there would be a car available, even though I received a confirmation email a week before the car was needed. Easily the most deplorable customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve been gaslit by a partner before, but never by a business. That was my second and last time using this branch.

  I’ve rented from this location several times, and they consistently fail to provide the vehicle they promise. When issues arise, they don’t welcome feedback and seem more focused on protecting their staff than serving their customers. This time, they were short on cars and found an excuse to cancel my reservation. When I pointed out—firmly but respectfully—that the tank was only a quarter full, the agent accused me of being disrespectful instead of listening and providing his rebuttal. They discriminate against older people.

  Rented a car over using uber/lyft for a day. Saved at least 50% by renting the car for the day. This location is easy to get to and staffed to handle the business. My car was in good shape.

  Went to pick up a car using a reservation our insurance set up for us. The rate of the car was never verbalized to us, we did not realize that enterprise put us in a car over the policy limit until after we returned the car. I acknowledge that a receipt was emailed to us. But who would agree to spend a thousand dollars out of pocket when already dealing with the stress of trying to get a car repaired from an auto accident. The people here have been nice, the cars clean, but when i called to explain that we would never have agreed to this. I’m told you signed for it. Yes, outside, in the sun, on a small tablet, i blindly signed. Shame on me for not making sure you put us in a car that was covered by the reservation that was already set up.
