I tried to return it 3 days later. I purchased it on a credit card. I had the evidence for that transaction. The store wouldn't except it. Any other store would accept that electronic evidence. This really pissed me off!!! My wife bought an oil filter for a Mini- Cooper. We gave them all the correct information on the car. When we took her car to have the oil changed. On the lift after all the oil was drained they discovered it was the wrong filter. They had to send someone to another auto parts store to get the correct oil filter. An hour and half later in 90° heat. I will never shop at this store again!!! Buyer beware

I wanted a Die-Hard battery to replace the OEM battery in my late model Cadillac SUV. The store website indicated the exact fit - Die-Hard battery was in stock - (kudos Advance - not many stores can provide real-time store inventory online that is completely accurate!!). I drove to the store in the SUV which needed the new battery. The moment I walked in the store Logan at the register, asked if I needed assistance. I explained what I was looking for, he obtained the new battery from stock rather quickly, transacted my purchase, and explained the store provides free installation for new vehicle batteries purchased. I was thinking I would drive around to the back of the store and a mechanic would do the install, however, Logan placed the fairly heavy/large battery on a cart, wheeled it out to my vehicle in the parking lot, asked that I open the engine hood, and within 20 minutes the old battery was removed, and the new battery was installed! Not a simple task in the newer Cadillacs, several obstacles made it challenging, but Logan just kept working along, I could see he genuinely enjoyed this work, along with providing excellent customer service, quite impressive, considering today was a typical warm and humid (sunny thank goodness) day in Jupiter. I'm especially pleased all the sophisticated electronic systems in the vehicle remained set as they were before the battery install. If you need a new battery for your vehicle, do consider Advanced Auto in Jupiter! You will leave satisfied for a job well done. Thanks Advanced & Logan- you made my day!
