  I live really close by so I was excited to see this place was bought out by someone new. When it was Camel car wash it was expensive and terrible, now at least it's just terrible. The staff is awesome, super friendly and very helpful. The vacuums have no suction and there are a few missing. The air hoses are really short and have no pressure, they might as well not be there. Take advantage of the one month for $10 and then save your monthly plan for driving an extra 10 minutes to the Luv on Atlantic and Kernan.

  I’ve given this car wash multiple chances, but unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed each time. The last three visits, I paid for the most expensive wash, and my car still came out looking dirty and not properly dried, leaving noticeable water spots. Today was especially frustrating—my car looked almost the same going in as it did coming out, aside from the small areas the worker scrubbed beforehand. While going through the wash, the brushes didn’t seem to make proper contact with my car, and the water pressure didn’t feel strong enough to actually clean it. It almost seemed like the equipment wasn’t functioning correctly. On a positive note, I do appreciate the multiple vacuum stations—they’re very convenient, especially on busy days. I just wish the actual wash quality matched the rest of the setup. Right now, it’s not worth the price.

  I came in about a year ago and canceled my membership because it wasn't cleaning my car well at all and it also ripped a peice of trim off my window. Turns out I've been being charged anyway and there's no customer service line to talk to. So if they cant stop my membership at the location and don't have customer service what am I supposed to do?

  Today, April 1st, I tried to speak with someone at the office to report a problem, but it was impossible. After a long wait, someone finally appeared who was very discourteous and rude. Not everyone is like that, but the afternoon shift today is terrible.

  Had a terrible experience at Whistle Car Wash. I took my truck for its first car wash after purchasing it and somehow as it was going through the wash tunnel it gouged a huge hole in my back tire. They called me back 3 days after claim and told me they had video that the damage was already there and they said they had to call and get permission to show me . They never called me back or answered my call again . I emailed corporate and they never responded. I will never be using them again and I will tell my family and friends about this .
