- CRCal Ripplebear1 day ago1.0Came to the car wash today to realize the machine that does the tire shine spit gump all over the side of my car. When i spoke to a worker about this, they immediately became defensive and made some excuse that it was a new car wash (as though it were invulnerable to problems). When i pointed to the smear and said, 'it got this crap all over my car' he proceeded to scold me for the profanity. And, in fact i am sorry for this profanity i never thought saying something like this would offend someone. At that point, he made excuses for the problem, saying that different vehicles come through this way (and i guess this implies that sometimes this problem just happens and it's okay?) I told him I've been here many times and this has never happened. Never once did this man- who i learned was the manager...i think his name is ethan) - empathize with my issue or the problem with their machines having issues here. This may be my last month doing business with this car wash. It just keeps becoming worse every time i come here.

When he saw me cleaning my rims with the rags he offered to spray them down for me to save me some work. I’ve always loved Whistle car wash but the people there MAKE the place.

The car wash was great and many different things to select from as far as cleaning products. FYI do not put rubber matts in the Matt cleaner.
