  I recently purchased a vehicle from this Hyundai dealership and had a very mixed experience. I want to give a huge thank you to Able, my salesperson—he was genuinely helpful, patient, easy to talk to, without pressure, and was transparent throughout the process. He made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier, and he’s the only reason we stayed and completed the purchase. He truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, my initial experience in finance with Mike Hanna was very frustrating. The process felt unclear, and there were multiple inconsistencies in pricing that made it difficult to feel confident in the numbers being presented. However, once we later worked with Darran Matthews, the experience improved significantly. He was more straightforward, knowledgeable, took the time to explain things clearly, was much more honest, and helped make the process feel more transparent and manageable. Thankfully, I had a family member with experience in car buying who helped us navigate everything. Without that, I don’t feel confident we would have received a fair deal and mostly likely would of walked. My advice to anyone purchasing here: review all numbers carefully, ask questions, and don’t feel pressured to move forward until everything is fully explained. If possible, I would recommend working with Darran Matthews and Abel ONLY! Overall, Able provided excellent service, and Darran helped turn things in a better direction—but the initial experience made the process more difficult than it should have been. Pros: -Open weekends -lots to choose from Cons: -Weekend detailing crew sucks -Must be knowledgeable to be treated fairly.

  My name is Brittney and I went there and I was basically verbally held hostage. They were so aggressive and pushy and then the one dude who work there his name is Abel had the audacity to tell me that I should just buy a new car and let the finance company come repossess the one that I have which would ruin my credit and he told me that people do it all the time I have almost perfect credit. I’m not gonna let someone take advantage of me.

  Been there one time for a oil change and never again, I used the coupon on thier website for $20 off and then they charge a $10 shop fee for a oil change??? . Employees have attitude and they order a recall part without telling me there is a recall and then call and say the part is in stock. I went to Hyundai elsewhere had them install it. MUCH better service there. I have 2 Hyundai vehicles and im glad this place lost money since I had the recalled parts installed elsewhere.

  Long story short - my 2015 Sante Fe was here for an engine replacement under warranty and while under their care experienced a 'thermal event'. We negotiated a settlement/new car deal. I wanted to pay the car in full that day but was told I would lose incentives if I didn't finance. I was also told that when the first bill showed up just pay the car in full. Well it showed up with interest added to it and I was guaranteed I would not have to pay the interest. After communicating with the GM on 2/2/2026 and subsequently with the assistant manager (3/28/26) they were going to reimburse me the interest. To date, no reimbursement has been received. I have tried to reach our again and no one is responding to my messages. This is not a good look for management and reflects badly overall on the dealership. 4/11/26 heard back from assistant manager and a check is being issued but requires 3 signatures. Will update this review again once I have received the check.

  If you’re someone looking to buy a Hyundai, look no further. west side Hyundai is one of the best stores Hyundai or non Hyundai. They make things super easy and no pressure. I didn’t even live in the area and it was an easy and smooth transition. That probably also had to do with my sales rep, her name is Morgan. Absolutely amazing!!! She communicated every step of the way and went above and beyond. If you need a vehicle, buy here. Also do yourself a favor and deal with Morgan.
