- BBBrian5 days ago1.0Please do not go to this location for any serious repairs. Gerald is the manager and did horrible work on my truck. They put a bad CV axel in my truck, it broke down 3 times after they claimed it was repaired. I got stranded and had to use my own towing service to get it back to the Tire Kingdom in Jax. This was a massive inconvenience and took 2 weeks to fix because they have no idea what they're talking about. The Regional Manager Victor is a liar and won't call you back. To top it off, Gerald claimed I needed extra services to fix the truck like a flush, but it wasn't necessary to repair a CV Axel. He was rude and aggressive like he knows everything but thankfully he was wrong. I got it reimbursed. l called Corporate because they try to take advantage of you. They do not have the technical knowledge to diagnosis issues beyond an oil change, simple alignment, or brakes. Avoid Tire Kingdom/ Mavis at all costs.

We were on our way out of town last Monday 3/16 and 40 minutes away from our home when our tire started to strip on the interstate. My husband called, explained the situation, and Maya got us in to get all new tires with 1.5 hours remaining until closing. Taking care of us on such short notice saved us so much time, money, & stress. Thank you so much!
