  I called and made an appointment for two tires and an alignment. THEY recommended a time of 11. I show up and get told that they can’t take me because they are too backed up. Very unprofessional and nothing was done for the inconvenience

  Bought company vehicle in because of nail in tire, Rose was very helpful getting issue taken care of didn’t take a lot time. Highly recommend this location

  went to tire Kingdom on Post Street today. bought two Goodyear tires including mounting and balance $500. they damaged my rim claim. they didn't see it happen so they say it didn't happen up there. but none of my other rims have any sort of damage even close to that on any of them. also, when I got home one of the weights already fell off and was sitting inside the tire well rim where I know this the other way you could physically see them. if you look down and you wanted to wash your rim, they were right there on the inside of the rim. when I took it back. One of the tire guys in there even told me that kid was new. I guess nobody supervises so I got $500 tires and a $500 damaged rim. great, thanks! tire Kingdom never offered an apology. any sort of compensation. afraid to admit they were wrong. I guess I'm going to contact my credit card company next and dispute this charge

  I had an amazing experience at Tire Kingdom in Jacksonville! I came in for a 4-wheel alignment because my car was pulling pretty badly to the right, and from the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Anthony and Rose, the assistant managers, were absolutely incredible. They were both professional, patient, and genuinely kind. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. They created an environment where everyone was smiling, laughing, and working together. It didn’t feel like a typical auto shop, it felt welcoming and had a real sense of family. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I also truly appreciated their honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. They even worked with me on the price, which meant a lot. The shop itself was clean, organized, and the service process was smooth. Even when there was an unexpected issue with the equipment, Anthony and Rose handled it professionally and made sure I was still taken care of without any added stress. As a local business owner, I pay close attention to customer service, and this location exceeded my expectations. If you’re in Jacksonville and need a reliable place for an alignment or tire service, I highly recommend Tire Kingdom. Thank you again to Anthony and Rose. I will definitely be back!
