  Excellent customer service. We thought we had a screw in our tire, but it turned out we didn’t. They still removed the tire to inspect it and were ready to plug/patch it if needed. Truly outstanding service.

  Had an excellent experience here, the guy at the desk Jesse help me out, and got me in and out at a very fair price, no hassle, no lies or pushing things I didnt need, just good honest service that I appreciated. Would definitely go back. The Pep Boys near by is absolutely garbage. Take your business to tire kingdom instead.

  This is mainly for the ladies who never know where to go or who to trust when they have car issues. I went to Tire Kingdom on Normandy Blvd because the location closest to me had no electricity. I had what I presumed was a screw in the thread in my tire not the wall and though I believed it to be fixable finding somewhere open was not easy as it was Sunday. I get there finally and am told it will cost in total about $32 more than I wished but I believed at that time that beggars cannot be choosers…so said he! Now I’m telling you my outcome and I don’t want you to assume that this is going to be the case for all but Troy (a name that I’ll cling to for all time) charged me nothing! As in Zero Dollars as in his own words it was a tiny screw. Now I don’t know about the rest of you ladies but anywhere else I would be paying the full price but the Lord don’t put you where you’re not supposed to be. To all the guys working on a Sunday at Tire Kingdom on Normandy Blvd, I thank you from the bottom of my heart…thank you!!

  I went here on a busy Saturday due to my tire leaking air. Jesse helped me right away. I didn't have to wait long at all. I ended up having two punctures and needing one repaired. They got me right in and I was done in less than 15 minutes. Jesse even drove my car out front so it didn't get dirty! The absolute best customer service all around. I will definitely be back with all my tire needs and I definitely recommend them for all your tire needs as well!! 10/10 recommend!!

  I had an exceptional experience at Tire Kingdom on Normandy Blvd in Jacksonville! I originally came in because my car was pulling to the right, and not only did they take the time to explain what was really going on with my vehicle, but they were honest, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Jesse and Troy were amazing. They kept it real from start to finish, made sure I understood everything, and created a welcoming environment where you can tell they truly care about their customers. You don’t always find that level of honesty and good energy at auto shops. What really stood out to me is that they helped me out, didn’t charge me unnecessarily, and still got my Tesla aligned. That level of integrity goes a long way. As a local business owner, I pay close attention to customer service, and this location definitely stands out. If you’re in Jacksonville and need a reliable place for an alignment or tire service, I highly recommend Tire Kingdom on Normandy Blvd. They’ve definitely earned a returning customer!
