  My daughter and I were traveling and I got on i95 and heard something I ran over, my tire pressure quickly went down, I pulled into Tire Kingdom, the front office lady was more than accommodating and so nice! Quickly got me in, told me it was repairable and needed patched! Thank You for the great customer service provided today!!!

  I came in with a flat tire and was worried I'd need a full replacement. Shawn at Tire Kingdom was fantastic— his team assessed the damage quickly and let me know a patch was a safe, cost-effective option. The repair was done in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

  Shawn was awesome to work with. Came in with a flat tire and he took the time to check everything thoroughly and get me taken care of. Super honest, professional, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing tire work.

  Thieves and Liars. A simple tire rotation led to these guys claiming somehow my lug nut and stud mysteriously was cross threaded. For over 3 years they were the only ones to remove the tires. Uneducated on how cross threading happens apparently. They were kind enough to steal my spare lug nut out of my glove box and when asked if they used it, they told me they replaced the parts from their own inventory. This was 2 more strikes after the last visit an employee recommended a brake job and said I had hot spots in my rotors. After diagnosed by another technician elsewhere, I learned the brake pads had plenty of life. This shop can't be trusted and things seemed to go downhill after Mavis took over. Your response is adorable. I contacted your corporate customer service department first and was told the manager at the shop will be calling me shortly to discuss giving me my part back. The lack of following through at the corporate level is why this is posted. Seems the lack of integrity is the same across the entire company. This is a matter of about $20 and dishonesty but concerns if it was $400 or even more. Like I said, cant be trusted.
