  The guys at southside euro did a great job changing the oil my Audi A8l. They had me in an out quickly for way less than the dealership. Khristian was even nice enough to bring a backpack to my side of town after I left it behind. I cant speak highly enough about their customer service. I will deffinatly be bring my vehicle back in the future.

  I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I needed an oil change. I needed to check the fluids and my tires rotated. I had someone ready to pick me up and bring me home and I was going to call an Uber to get me back there to pick up my car when I got there they told me it was gonna take an hour. I was floored because the Audi dealer usually takes four or five hours. I was very happy. The service was great. They took it in right away because they had an appointment. It worked out really well for me. I will definitely use them again. Bonnie Moore

  Folks at Southside Euro did the CSL Light upgrades on my 2024 i4 XDrive40. It only took a day for all the work including the additional request for the Brake Calipers. Getting lots of compliments and I make it a point to let them know Southside Euro did not only a quick but also fabulous job. Next project now is to lower the car so I’ll be contacting them soon again. Thanks guys, I’ll be seeing you soon 👍🏽

  This was my second time using Southside Euro for 2 different European cars I own. I appreciate the great attention to detail on the diagnostics and the recommended services being sent along with pictures. This last time I brought it on knowing I had an oil leak. They quickly confirmed it was the drain pan and replaced it and let it seal overnight before finishing the oil change. Benny is a top notch mechanic on their team! They use the best replacement parts and oil and their hourly rates are quite good. If you own European cars and invest in them for the long haul, this is a very talented team!

  My previous mechanic, Ben, started working at Southside Euro a little while back. He has been working on my family’s cars for about four years now, and as hard as it is to find a trustworthy mechanic, we figured it was worth making the drive to Jacksonville for regular maintenance on the cars. The drop-off and pick-up process was very easy. The shop sent me a quote just a few hours after opening. The quote was detailed and descriptive—it explained exactly what the car needed and why. The shop ordered the parts, which arrived the next day, and my car was finished by the end of that day. The work was efficient but well done and detail-oriented. As always, Ben made the experience very pleasant with the actual work on the vehicle. The team at Southside Euro was communicative and willing to answer questions throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be back!
