  Customer service is non existent, we spend the money for the vehicles and get treated like crap. Ora the service lady was nice and good to deal with she takes the time and consideration for the customer she is a gem and they should praise her. The management on the other hand is greedy and doesn’t want to take care of the customer. I will not be returning to this dealership with my vehicle ever again.

  On Friday 04/03/2026 that is good Friday i was buying a car and the salesman and finance officer so friendly funny knowledge fast responds and I will tell everyone to buy the car there and thank you for the services 😀

  We had a fantastic experience at Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville. Charlie helped us find the perfect Cadillac Escalade for our family, and he truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, and really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Mike in finance was also excellent. He made everything very clear and worked hard to structure a deal that made sense for us. The entire process felt smooth, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. Experiences like this are why we continue to choose Cadillac. We’re very grateful to the team at Randy Marion for taking such great care of us.
