He helped to get my mother one of the most easy, and transparent deals on a new vehicle that fit her needs perfectly. He was patient, kind and radiated positive energy. It was, hands down, the best car buying experience made simple and quick! James even got us a better deal than we originally wanted!   I am currently in the middle of purchasing a beautiful Rock Creek Nissan Rogue at Nissan of Orange Park. We have looked at other places, but we found that Steve Bristol an incredible salesperson who was so honest and efficient. The Manager Frank Ritzert was so personable and knowledgeable. He worked within our budget and we were VERY happy!! The finance was incredible (loved the sign on desk). Alex Serrano worked with us and stayed so very late to give us the absolute best service possible. Coming back to get our first wash and Detail we spoke with Mandy Calcote who is a quality control owner loyalty person inquiring about our service with the dealership. I was so impressed that from start to finish each person had a role to play in making our trip, sale, and service Purrrfect in every way. We came here from a recommendation of a friend. Try this place before you waste time elsewhere!

  ATTENTION CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL HAVING YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE. I took my car here and it has not ran right since these scheme artists touched it. They will leave parts off the vehicle and alter your vehicle performance just so you will keep bringing it back to them. When you bring it back they tell you. You will need thousand of dollars of work that's not necessary only to find out it's a lie. If you have a extended warranty they will run it in the ground. No telling how many people they have done this too and didn't realize what was going on. If you must take your car here get a second opinion before allowing them to proceed with thousands of dollars of unneeded repairs. They need to clean house at this dealership starting with management.
