  Marc Miller made the process seamless, hassle-free, and efficient. Had a call on Monday morning, car leased by Monday afternoon, car hand-delivered to my location 4 hours away by Thursday morning. Drivers had a great attitude, friendly, and were helpful. The entire team was responsive to all my questions via text, phone, e-mail, Zoom, and in-person. Easiest transaction to date. Highly recommend their great customer service and sales department!

  They solved the riddle: Why is 1 rear wheel poking out if wheel and tires are the same sizes?.. I brought a newly purchased 2020 GLE from another dealership into MBOP for a drive train and frame inspection, because it looked like the rear axle or frame was out of place. MB of Orange Park performed multiple types of checks and finally discovered everything was in the right position. Then they pulled the vehicle history and determined that the wrong size rear fender was placed on the vehicle at a body shop, which created the appearance of misalignment. Great forensic work. Simple fix. Nice work MBOP!

  The dealership itself is top notch, however a salesman there by the name of Jabari did not listen to my concerns. He wouldn't evaluate my trade without "picking a vehicle i loved." Instead, he tried to sell me vehicles that I was not interested in. I showed him a picture of the vehicle I wanted at another dealership and he shrugged it off and began to show me other options. I again referred him to what I wanted and he said he couldn't get it. I left and went to Fields Lexus of Jacksonville and got the exact vehicle I wanted with no hassle the very next day. 5 🌟 at that dealership.

  I was pretty sure I already left a review for this place. I can't say enough good things about this shop. This location, everybody here is so friendly and helpful and honestly.I wish a lot more places were run like this mercedes benz location. The person that keeps bringing me back here though is Rodney. He is incredibly helpful in caring. And knowledgeable, I only today found out that he has 25+ years experience i really didn't think he was old enough to have that much, but his his work shows that. I can't thank him enough. Iris is amazing as well back in service.And the parts guys are so nice and helpful too. I wanna say it's a fields thing, but I haven't had the same great experience as at their Jacksonville location. This one's a little further but i've always come back here if I can. Also, they allow your friendly well-behaved dogs. I'm not sure about other animals, but there's only one way to find out.
