  Top notch customer service! Sam was really helpful on a Sunday when we needed tire service. Very honest in telling us we could have a tire repair instead of needing new tires.

  ADAM IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST HANDS DOWN! I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. My service was completed quickly, and the quality of work was top-notch. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your car, but Mavis definitely earned my confidence. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!

  We found Mavis about 5 years ago when we moved to Jacksonville and we’re so glad we did. They’re honest and transparent and they’ve always stood by their work. I recently had to take our vehicle to the dealership for a suspected computer issue and had an awful experience. I took it in to Mavis this week for an unrelated repair and was reminded why I am so thankful for this shop. Paul is the best and I can’t thank him enough for how well he treated us.

  Adom at Mavis was amazing! Got a flat tire while visiting Mayo Clinic. We would not make it home on a doughnut. I actually went to Midas within walking distance from here, and they weren’t even open when they said they would be. Another person was waiting and said I should go to Mavis because he sends his five cars over here and they are awesome. He was 100% right. If I lived in this area, they would have a new regular customer. Adom let me in the store before they even opened, was nice and welcoming, and said he would take care of me as quick as possible. It was quicker than I even expected! Great place!

  I had such a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Paul and Adom. I walked in needing a battery, and Paul immediately looked up my car like, “we’ve got this,” and Adom was right behind him ready to grab it. No runaround, no nonsense just handled. But honestly, what stood out was how they treated me. We had great conversation while I waited, some laughs, and they were both respectful, down-to-earth, and just good humans. As a woman who just moved across the country alone, that kind of energy matters more than they probably realize. I told them when I win the lottery, I’m coming back with a brand new car and taking them out to dinner—so y’all better hope I hit soon 😂. Seriously though, this is the kind of place you want to support. I will absolutely be recommending them.
