- CNChris NuttApr 6, 20261.0Came in 4 6 at 8 sharp to get tire patched told front desk guy tried to plug due to everyone closed for Easter but could not even do that he immediately said u need a new tire I said u can't look at he said no that's the rules was like how do u know it's messed up said that's all I can do new tire went around the corner got patched for 30 bucks in 30 min will not be going back there flat out scammers beware

I went to have my headlight issue checked and they broke my bumper, then claimed “it was broken before you came in” and brushed me away. The manager and worker involved are incredibly incompetent and will not work with you or help you in any way. If I could give negative stars I would. Never come to this place even for a simple oil change, because they drained my oil and failed to ever refill it. I drove for months not knowing this and by the time I found out my engine had already sustained irreparable damage. My car is permanently ruined from the absolute incompetence and negligence provided by this franchise. If you are searching for a trustworthy mechanic or reliable auto repair shop in this area, keep looking. This place will scam you, lie to your face, and leave you with a destroyed vehicle and zero accountability. Never again.

Last time I brought my SUV, I needed 4 new tires, brakes, rotors and an alignment, and the manager was extremely helpful, and went out his way to apply multiple discounts for me without me having to ask! It was extremely thoughtful and the work Mavis does is always top quality. Definitely recommend Mavis on Race Track Road!
