If you don’t clean the surface of the wheel prior to sticking the weights on they fall off. Do better! Probably going to buy my own machine since so many people these days are slack and do half the work.

Customer service staff were good… but the technician scratched my wheels and the manager had a careless attitude about it… basically trying to act like the scratches were already there…. THERES NO DIRT OR BRAKE DUST IN THOSE SCRATCHES BECAUSE THEY ARE NEW.. and they are inside the lip of the rim so I obviously didn’t curb them!
