  I love this place! Erik was kind and made me aware of the issue I had with my tire. He explained the process and the amount it would take to fix it, no hidden fees. I'm always skeptical, being a woman and being taken advantage of. However, Erik put my nerves at ease. I'd recommend Mavis Tire to anyone bit especially women.

  I gave this a five-star rate because as a woman not really knowledgeable about things that go on with her car I came into Mavis Erik please ask for him..He totally relieved me gave me detail by detail broke everything down for me and even gave me a printout I would recommend Mavis on Dunn Avenue to anyone but especially for our ladies that's not really knowledgeable about our automobile and I have a Infiniti qx50 and he took care of me like I was at the dealership

  Mavis Tire on Dunn Ave was not my first choice to get service done, but turned out to be the best. I honestly, I walked in expecting a lesser experience, only deciding to give them a shot due to the urgency of my truck needing tires. Concerning my experience, I’ve couldn’t have gone to a better place. From beginning to end the Customer Service Outstanding. I just came in for new tires, but it turned out to be more. The concern from the manager and supervisor was very genuine. What was supposed to be a simple Tire change turned out to be an eight hour job due to some of my lug nuts being fused, and over tightened by the last shop that worked on my truck. The Supervisor personally worked on my truck until the situation was resolved.Halfway through, I had to buy those guys some donuts because they deserved it. The manager also jumped in on some of the work and accommodated me a bit on my price since my visit was a reschedule. These guys are Awesome! They really take care of their customers. I would definitely go back. Thanks Eric and Calvin for turning things around and getting me back on the road.

  I LOVE going to MAVis tire &brakes on 910 Dunn ave Jax fl 32218 Every time I go to mavis tire on Dunn I am in and out I never have to wait a long time all the workers are very professional and nice and they do A awesome job And everything be done, professionally and right? Never had a bad experience at this location even when you’re sitting down in the lobby waiting on your car, they’re very hospitality. Ask you do you want anything to drink or a snack gotta go check them out very clean business.

  I visited the Dunn Avenue location after being a loyal Mavis customer for over 5 years, but this was my first time at this site. I was assisted by Erik, and I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I came in concerned about my tire sensor light being on, even though I didn’t notice any issues with my tires. Knowing how expensive tires can be, I was a bit anxious waiting for the diagnosis. To my relief, Erik explained that my tire sensor simply needed to be reset..,no unnecessary repairs or replacements. That level of integrity means everything. I easily could have been told I needed new tires, and I’m grateful that wasn’t the case. The team provided excellent service, and I left feeling valued and taken care of. Huge thanks to the Dunn Avenue team for their honesty and professionalism..,you definitely made my day! 🤩 -
