  Found a vehicle listed on the internet. Lexus of Orange park gave a very good representation of the vehicle. I called and spoke to Chris. His communication was excellent and we we able to make a deal over the phone and even included a reasonable figure for my trade in. When I arrived I was pretty impressed. The vehicle was exactly as described. I drove 7 hours to get there and they had me go into thier cafe for a coffee and a fresh made sandwich while they looked over my trade. We took a test drive and closed the deal with no surprises. The whole experience was top notch and seemed more "service" than sales. If you want an enjoyable, low stress car buying experience call Orange park lexus and ask for Chris B.

  I had an excellent experience with Niki in the service department at Lexus of Orange Park. From the moment I arrived, she was pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, especially when it came to arranging the loaner vehicle—everything was handled efficiently and without any hassle. Niki kept me informed throughout the service, which I truly appreciated. When I picked up my SUV, I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been thoroughly cleaned—it looked great and felt like an added touch of care. Overall, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Niki truly made the experience seamless, and I would highly recommend working with her if you’re visiting the service department.

  Exceptional Experience at Lexus of Orange Park! I cannot recommend the team at Lexus of Orange Park highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt truly taken care of. I recently purchased a new Lexus RX, and I am absolutely in love with it. The drive is incredibly smooth, and the comfort is unmatched, it’s everything I was looking for and more. The Standout Team: • Konnor (Sales): Konnor made the entire selection process a breeze. He listened, He was attentive, warm, and genuinely listened to what I needed. There was no pressure; he just focused on making sure I found the perfect vehicle. • Ana (Finance Director): Let’s be honest, the finance office can sometimes be stressful, but Ana was fantastic! She was professional, transparent, and made the paperwork feel easy and straightforward. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free.   Nothing but bad information since we have dealt with this company. From buying a GX550 that drove horrible, tried to return within a couple days, lost money on exchanging for another type of vehicle. Then I just came for my 5k service. Was told that my first oil change was free when I scheduled the appt then Russell told me it was not. Then was told my tires were rotated. Checked when I got my car back and I knew it wasn’t. Then he went and asked the service people and my tires are different sizes. So now I wonder if my oil was ever changed. Get into my car and everything was gone through evidently. My passenger seat was pulled all the way forward, driver seat all the way back and now I have two new scratches on the inside. One on my door and door frame. Makes you wonder what were they looking for? Horrible service from everyone I have dealt with since I have been to this location. No one can give the correct information. Only ONE good thing about this place is the lady who makes breakfast. Reply to your response: . I’ve asked for you to call me Misty when I wanted to get another vehicle only two days after we bought the gx550 and bery dissatisfied with it and lost 5k on returning that then buying the is350. So having you call me never happened the first time so why would you call me the 2nd time? The car is def better but everything else having to do with this company has been a very bad experience. Need to train your people better with knowledge and service.
