  Had my soft bed cover knifed and all bed content exposed. I’m from way out of town and the Florida rain was on the way. Quick search of truck accessories store and these guys were the closest and had 5 stars. Quick call, they had it in stock and squeezed me in 30 mins later. Bed contents safe again less than an hour later. Nice shop, peaked my interest for some future upgrades while waiting.

  Purchased a trailer from Leonard Truck Outfitters based on their listing and what was verbally confirmed in person by Taylor Hardy, and the specs did not match what was advertised. The trailer was listed as having a 3,500 lb axle, but the manufacturer plate clearly shows it is only rated at 2,000 lbs, which significantly limits its actual carrying capacity. I was also told through the Facebook listing that it had 13-inch tires, but it actually came with 12-inch tires. These are key details when purchasing equipment for work. On top of that, shortly after leaving the dealership, the turn signals stopped working on the drive home, which raises concerns about quality and inspection before sale. After bringing these issues up, I was told they would speak with management and get back to me. I’ve had to follow up multiple times and still haven’t received a clear resolution. It’s also been about a week since I first pointed out the incorrect specs, and the listing has still not been corrected, which is disappointing. I drove out of my way expecting accurate information and a straightforward transaction, and that wasn’t the case. Hoping they step up and resolve this properly, but as of now, I can’t recommend purchasing from them. Update: After continued follow-up, the dealership did provide a $400 price adjustment to account for the incorrect specifications. I appreciate them taking a step toward resolving the issue. However, the process required multiple follow-ups and was not handled proactively, which made the experience more frustrating than it should have been.

  Order process was easy. It took about 7 weeks to come in. The installer did an excellent job, and the topper looks great on my truck.

  5 star service Taylor and his team got me what I needed in a timely manner... great service... the only issue i see is You guys need to get a bigger sign out front so people actually know that your there... other than that 5 stars

  I had an excellent experience getting my truck cap installed! Cody and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly. The fit and finish of the truck cap turned out great, and they walked me through everything before I left to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Cody and the team if you’re looking for quality installation and top-notch customer service.
