  Talk about going over and beyond.... I want to let everyone know the kind of service my husband and I got about a week ago. We were in for a recall on my Land Rover Velar, not only did they handle the recall with professionalism and kindness, they took the time to send us our garage opener back since we have about an hour's drive. Our experience past expectations not only for the service, kindness and warm welcome ,we had let them know that the air was taking awhile to get cold. They handled that with professionalism as well.Put us in a brand new Rover as a loaner!! Yay! What we thought was going to be over 10k ended up being under 2k! We will continue using your services even if it takes us an hour to get there. Thank you so much for your kindness and sending us our garage remote back. My vehicle is tip top shape now.Oh! They also detailed with fine tooth comb. You guys just did so much for us! Snacks and beverages as well! Thank you again,Kristina and Kevin for going above expectations!

  I recently took my Land Rover Defender in for its first scheduled maintenance service at Land Rover Jacksonville. From the moment I arrived, my service advisor Daniel greeted me at the door and handled everything with excellent professionalism and care. The service was completed promptly, and I was very comfortable in their nice waiting area, which offered coffee, snacks, a TV, and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Land Rover Jacksonville — and especially Daniel — for anyone who wants top-notch care for their Rover!

  Next level WHITE GLOVE service. As a consistent buyer of luxury vehicles, I’ve spent many hours in dealerships and with eager salespeople. This was a new experience for me. The car was prepared with a bow (cute touch for a girl) and in a private garage giving me the opportunity to explore the interior without the sounds of other conversations. Randi (my saleswoman) and I had already worked out our deal via phone and text (huge perk) so I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour! Every single person I met at Land Rover Jacksonville were courteous and congratulated me on my first Land Rover purchase. The process was seamless, quick and extremely informative, leaving no stone left unturned on my purchase before I left. I am in love with my new vehicle and can’t thank Randi and the JAX team enough for their help making it all happen. Customer for life over here!!

  I went in for an open recall on my fuel tank cap, which had my check engine light on. After the work the issue was fixed and the engine light has not been on since. However I have noticed a knocking nosie. I believe it to be my emergency brake cable. What brought me to this conclusion is I recently had work done to fix that issue prior to my visit and it sounded the same as now. Besides that the experience was amazing. I enjoyed the amenities provided and the relaxing waiting area.
