Worst place ever to get your car serviced! literally had a 10 o’clock appointment for an oil change Set for 2 1/2 hours for them to then tell me all the service advisor forgot to take this piece of paper back there so we hadn’t pulled your car back. 2 1/2 hours and still no one was able to pull my car back for a simple oil change on the 2026 vehicle. Are you kidding me? I see exactly why they have the reputation they have throughout Jacksonville Take your car elsewhere to get service five below or any other place to get a oil change Health Kia on Atlantic is better than this location Will not be returning!

I would rather get a Ford than to buy another Kia…they have the worst warranty out of all car brands and the car is made of cheap parts…my 23 Sorrento doesn’t even have 45,000 miles and already I’ve had to change the door handle , the ac wasn’t blowing cold air and of all things the radio stopped working(I’ve never had a car where the radio stopped working) I took it to Orange Park Kia at 30,000 miles they documented it and said that it was covered under warranty but at the time they didn’t have the radio part on hand and that they had to order it and that it should be a week, they called me about 2 months later saying that the part came in and that because when I brought it in under the mileage that it was covered, I go in less than a week from when they called and they made up some excuse that because it’s been more than 30 days they had to send the part back and they will call me when it comes back, so they call me a few days later and said that because I went over the warranty miles they can’t honor it and I would have to pay out of pocket…I would rather walk the rest of my life than to buy another Kia

My experience with Kia at Orange Park has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues with my Kia Sorento for the part two years, and every visit to this dealership has resulted in more frustration. Most recently I bought my 2018 Kia Sorento in to address two recalls. They repaired one but told me I’d have to pay for the other —something I’ve never heard of when it comes to recall services. This experience was the final straw, I won’t be returning to Kia of Orange Park.

This dealership is extremely misleading with pricing. The car was listed at a reasonable price, but once they sent the breakdown, they added almost $6,000 in extra fees out of nowhere. I was told the excessive fees were “required by Florida state law” and couldn’t be removed, which is a common tactic used to justify inflated pricing. The experience felt very manipulative and far from transparent. Sales should be fair and straightforward, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I chose to walk away and ended up getting a much better deal elsewhere and purchased on the spot. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you want to risk being taken advantage of. *Edited to add the salesperson texted me this after my review

I do not recommend Kia of Orange Park. I bought a car from them at 27,000 miles, and by 43,000 miles I had already spent $1,500 replacing all 4 brake pads and all 4 brake rotors. I specifically asked before buying if the car had any problems, and I was told no. Clearly, that was not true. They also gave me two keys, but after I lost one, I found out the other one was not even programmed to the car. That left me having to spend another $450 for a new key just to be able to start my car. When I called the dealership for help, they told me they could not do anything. Now I’m being told I have to pay $2,400 for a brand new catalytic converter after only driving 16,000 miles. A catalytic converter should not be going bad this soon and should last for years, not after such a short time. I feel completely screwed over. This experience has hurt me financially and emotionally. I was only 20 when I bought this car, and I trusted what I was told. Looking back, it honestly would have been cheaper and less stressful to buy a brand new car from the start. Please be careful dealing with this dealership. In my experience, they will say whatever they need to say to get you to buy a car.
