  Great experience with Key Hyundai from start to finish. The team was easy to work with, transparent, and focused on making the deal work without the typical dealership pressure. They were flexible in adding value where it mattered and made the process efficient and straightforward. Everything was clearly communicated, and they followed through on what was promised. I walked away feeling confident I got a strong deal and was treated fairly. Would definitely recommend.

  Honestly, I don’t understand why I keep taking my car to a dealership for an oil change. To compare it, I could have went to jiffy lube, spent $100 and 15 minutes tops of my time. Instead I went to key Hyundai where it costs me $140 and 2 and a half hours of my time. Maybe they enjoy my presence, but I’m tired of staring at my car sitting in a parking spot in the front of the building for 30 minutes after the oil change is done without hearing anything from anyone. I would have given a 1 star, but they had cheese crackers instead of the dreadful peanut butter ones and the service staff was nice so y'all earned an extra star. “If you love wasting your day, bring your car to Key Hyundai”. I won’t charge you for the new motto.

  Matt was a wonderful salesman! NO pressure purchase and I felt he was one of the most honest people we have ever purchased from. Christian handled the finances of the purchase and we found him to be very knowledgeable and also another stand up guy. Wonderful and friendly staff.

  Everyone at Key Hyundai was extremely helpful and friendly (even the salespeople didn't work with) which made my entire process very pleasant. I was there because my previous car was totaled in a crash & it was towed to this dealership. After brief encounters with the collision team I decided to shop for a new Hyundai at Key. All associated with the process made buying a new car a great experience. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to all. From my salesperson, Josh Sievers, to Christian in finance. Thank You very much!! I will be back.

  Overall a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every contact from the very first interaction through the sales portion and concluding with finance was a seamless and peaceful transition. A special spotlight to Laura. She was simply amazing and one of the main reasons why we chose to purchase our son’s car from the multiple other opportunities on the street. From her sunny disposition and heart for the customer, I was very impressed by her ability to create a relationship from the beginning and maintain it throughout the entire process. Our family is grateful for Laura and all of the people we interacted with at the dealership. She made my son’s first car buying experience a memorable one. A world class experience end to end.
