  Great experience. Niam did a wonderful job explaining everything about our deal and showing how to use all the features in our new car. Sales manager is also a great guy. Everyone was very personable polite and always up front with all the information. Thank you for all the help guys. We will definitely be recommending you to all of our friends and family.

  I purchased a new car from Key Buick GMC ( my third purchase from them). Laura, my salesperson was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, attentive but not pushy. The financial team Christian and Doug were also wonderful to work with and went out of their way to make the deal work. I would highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone. I have also dealt with the service department in the past which were extremely helpful and reliable.

  Have a 2024 Silverado 3500HD and the batteries had to be replaced last December. Fast forward to March and the batteries are dead again. Took it in and after testing them a vouple of times they told me the truck was ready. When I asked if they did a draw test, they said that would take more time (it’s Friday afternoon, so they kept it over the weekend). The following Monday I started calling around 11:00 am to get an update, but every time went to voicemail. Left multiple voice and text messages but no reply. I received the first reply by text at almost 5:00 pm thanking for the inquiry and saying they would notify the service tech (as if I hadn’t been trying that all day). Next morning I started calling at 8:00 and it wasn’t until 10:00 when I left a very rude message that he called me back to say the truck was ready. In the end, they did the same battery test and never did the draw test to find the problem. And the tech said that if the problem doesn’t present itself, there is nothing they can do. It’s like they expect the vehicle to talk and say what the issue is. Service at this dealership use to be good but it is a joke now. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
