  I must say from day one my buying experience was wonderful, first of all they had exactly what I wanted and they worked with me and helped me every step of the way. I drove 3 hours and it was totally worth it. It's been my best car buying experience ever. And trust me I've bought many car's in my life from Cadillac to Mercedes and BMW's but GENESIS exceeded my expectations. I want to thank everyone who helped me. I highly recommend them. And I LOVE My GV70 Electrified!!!

  Had a wonderful experience here at genesis . My car broke down right in front of the dealership and the maintenance director Johnathan Masanto was incredibly helpful , showed a lot of care and made this a smooth process . They fixed my radiator and hose as well as put a new tire on for me . The parts were ordered quickly and the tech had my car back to me within the week . The service here is truly exceptional I would highly recommend this dealership time and time again . Everyone here went above and beyond for me and I will be going here from now on instead of my usual dealership .

  I was highly disappointed in the service received. I came to the dealership for an oil change appointment spoke with Matthew in the service dept. I requested a shuttle ride to work after waiting a while I inquired on the shuttle status and they found someone to take me to work great. I called later and asked if the shuttle could pick me up at 4:30 and was told it was not available for that time. I took an Uber back to the dealership and on my way home the oil change reminder came on. Called the next morning to speak to Matthew and was told oh this should never have happened and let me see if I could get someone to come to me to reset it. I never heard back from him and had to call back. Spoke to Will who advised me I could come back and they would reset it. I advised I was at work and he told me he could walk me through the reset. For 150 plus dollars oil change it should have been done as part of the oil change in the first place.

  The dealership looked very nice. Something I have come to expect from the stand alone Genesis dealership now. The biggest complaint about all of the new Genesis dealerships is the serious lack of decent snacks and beverages. I can go to a Honda dealership and have a barista making drinks, let alone what most luxury dealerships do. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 3.5 hours, that's a bit too long. Then they tell me I need brake pads. 3mm on front and 4mm on back. I went to get a second opinion for price because it was going to be almost $1800 for just pads. That's ridiculous. The OEM pads are about $300 wholesale. So, $1500 in labor is excessive. I went to another shop and they won't turn the rotors they will only replace with new, but said they could still beat the Jenkins price. While preparing to put new pads and rotors on, they realized I am not even close to needing pads yet. I was still at 5mm in the front and back. So, Jenkins was trying to tell me I was in dire need of brakes, when I didn't need them for quite some time yet. Very shady. I won't be going back there again. I have attached photos from the second shop showing what the pads are really at.

  I purchased a preowned Audi Q5 from this Genesis dealership last month. A number of things were deficient in the sales process. They attempted to sell the car with only 1 key (they of course come with 2). The car required service when I picked it up, so I took it to the nearby Audi dealer for service. As they received the vehicle, they checked the tires. They were bald, reading 2,3,4,4 mm. ( meaning not safe to drive!). I replaced the tires at Audi and returned to Jenkins Genesis to discuss this with their managers. I was never given an audience nor a phone call in response. I tried to pursue this several times, no one was interested in even dis using the matter. While this might be what happens at some used car lot, it isn't what I expect from a high end car dealership! Beware, buyers of this dealership and particularly their management.
