  Brought my 2025 Ram 1500 in with some electrical issues , have had problems with my truck in the past but the service department is quick to fix them . I can't say enough good things about them. My service advisor Casey Hamlin was great definitely made the experience good great communication and just listened to my issues and solved them . Also the owner truly cares about his customers and for that this dealership has my business .

  I Bought 2 Vehicles from Lily and Asbel they were very professional went above and beyond to make the deal. However after I have now had my vehicles for 3 weeks I can’t seem to get the 2 We Owes taken care of . I’ve emailed the Service Director. Left voicemails for Todd texted and spoke with Paul and Texed Lily and I still have not heard from The Service Department and Paul and Lily stopped responding. I now realize it was all about just another sale . Customer Service means nothing to this Dealer Ship and there Service Department is pathetic . Needless to say I will not buy anything else from this Dealer Ship. Nor will I do Service Maintenance here.

  Recommend to go see or set up a appointment with Zoe💯💯💯 She's very polite quick paste and resolve the issues that may come with your vehicle. She explains all details very well. She listens to whatever the problematic problem is and get it resolved Fast. Also the Technician name Chris... Very manageable and will break down anything that you don't understand about your car. Explains it in a manner to have you satisfied with their customer service. Very nice people. Go see Chris the Technician and Zoe the Advisory Team Dodge💯💯💯 On 04/13/26 to 04/14/26 I met two awesome advisors name Alicia and Casey at the Dealership on Commonwealth. The A.I. system put in for my appointment once I called the facility to speak with an Advisor or Receptionist and it didn't submit it through. It lied all the way til we got off the phone. Then 04/13/26 I was suspecting an email to see if my appointment was granted, so NOPE??? I took matters in my own hand and went to visit. So Alicia and Casey came to the rescue and pushed the appointment through to make me a (Satisfied Customer)!!! These two Advisors were well kept together and did a phenomenal Teamwork job. Very well respected and seriously on a helpful manner. So I advise you to visit Alicia and Casey they did their job (a.s.a.p.) when it wasn't under their knowledge when the appointment wasn't on schedule or in the system. Thank you very much Alicia and Casey for being a True Team Player keeping a customer like me satisfied and to save the day at Dodge Dealership off Commonwealth. Teamwork makes the Dreamworks guys and I loved it💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

  In a world where people literally have no idea where concept of customer service, I can say with confidence that I have received stellar service from Westside. My service advisor, Alicia Rogers has been nothing but professional and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I feel valued as a customer. This dealership offers a comfortable lobby and short order cafeteria as well as complementary beverages. Unfortunately, due to a crappy Stellantis product, I have been to this dealership more times than I should have been, but is that the dealership’s problem. I highly recommend Westside Jeep Dodge Ram If you are going to get service in the Jacksonville Area.

  If I could give 0 I would besides the fact that the finance manager was the only honest person in the building. I was lied to about everything. I have 50 inquires on my credit now. The vehicle I was set on was a 4XE… I told everyone that I drive across the state for work…200- 300 miles a day. The finance manager was the ONLY one to let me know (mind you at the very end) that the electric doesn’t even work on speeds over 60… I was told no payments until June… it’s actually 45 days. Payments $400 more than what I was told to COME BACK IN FOR A SECOND TIME AFTER I ALREADY LEFT. I will be getting a new Wrangler in about 6 months and I will absolutely not come back here. Again, finance manager was great & appreciate the fact that my rep came in on his day off… really wasn’t the reps fault at all it was his sales manager looking to close a deal… I work in territory medical sales & told them from the jump to not try to sell bells and whistles and to be honest. Ultimately, I would’ve pulled the trigger and bought the car I wanted, but I ended up just being aggravated that I was lied to.
