  I was on a roadtrip visiting my daughter when the check engine light popped on and drove to the nearest dealership (Hyundai of Orange Park). Ms. Hattie was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. She set me at ease and expeditiously got my car in to be assessed and correct the malfunction so we could finish the trip with peace of mind. I'm grateful her and the car experts that resolved my issues.

  I had a great experience working with Kayla and Bobby at the dealership. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car without any pressure. Kayla and Bobby was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and took the time to walk me through all the features of the 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited. They answered all my questions clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The entire process—from browsing to finalizing the deal—was smooth and stress-free thanks to them.   I had a reservation for 9:30 am. I got there on time. T was to replace my hood release cable. They told me that it would take about an hour to complete. An hour and half later I checked with the customer service desk and asked how much longer would it be. H checked and came back and told me that it would be about an hour and half more. I asked why if I had a reservation why another hour and half. He told me that the service person had a bigger job than mine. So I waited for an another hour and half and asked again I was told that it would take another hour. This is the second time I’ve been promised a completion time and it wasn’t met. If you make an appointment you should keep the appointment. I’ll be going to a different dealer in the future.

  David was simply superb as the Manager! He ensured my experience was great and kept in constant contact with me during the car purchasing process. Amanda Mckinnie …well this sales lady was awesome, incredible and a very hard working lady! I was amazed at her knowledge of not just one Huundai model but several models!! She was very impressive with her car intellect! Extremely diligent as she worked way past her 8pm closing time to ensure the deal was done to My complete satisfaction. I highly recommend her as in all my many experiences of purchasing new cars, she definitely set the ‘Gold Star Standard’ to me!! All In between Amanda and David…the VERY best car buying experience I have ever had! Top notch and first class they both were! Go Check them out!!

  I had a great experience with Amanda, she was amazing to work with! She was so personable and made everything feel super easy. We literally just sat in the car talking for a good while, and it made me feel like it was already my everyday SUV. Nothing felt forced or salesy at all. There was no pressure, or back and forth games, and she never made me feel like my number was unrealistic. Honestly, I couldn’t even tell if it was a well played sales tactic or if she just shows up being herself every day.. either way, it worked! Hyundai was never on my radar before I was recommended a Santa Fe, and I’m so glad I was because I love my Santa Fe! It’s so spacious, feels luxurious, a quiet ride, fun to drive and the cup holders holds my tumblers and Mason jar lattes lol. It’s perfect for my growing long-legged son and my long-legged fur baby. Amanda made the whole process simple and stress-free. Definitely ask for Amanda!
