  From the sales staff to the service dept , these guys are the best in the business. I feel like family when I show up, and they really show up for ME! Moe & David in service are honest, trustworthy and informative. Ronnie runs the best sales team, and I’m so grateful for them! They go above and beyond consistently and I’ll continue to buy our vehicles here thanks to my positive experiences with my first two purchases with Hanania! Thanks to everyone for taking care of me.   ☺️ I had a bit of a rough start initially, but I truly appreciate how the team turned things around. After that first interaction, they really stepped up and worked with me in every way possible to make things right. They were patient, attentive, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or ignored once we got on the same page—they listened and followed through, which means a lot. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made the process much smoother in the end.   I had an excellent experience at Hanania Volkswagen and wanted to recognize the team for making what is usually a stressful process feel smooth, transparent, and genuinely worthwhile. I came in originally planning to look at a used vehicle, and I had spent several days doing extensive research beforehand. Coming from a family of mechanics, I do not take car buying lightly. I arrived with a lot of questions and a very clear understanding of what I wanted, especially considering I was upgrading from a 2017 to a 2023, which definitely made me feel a little ancient. I thoroughly put the vehicle through its paces during the test drive, from accelerating hard and testing the braking response to doing a full 360-degree inspection, opening everything up, and looking closely at every detail. I even had to test out the surround sound system with a little Alicia Keys to make sure the audio quality matched the rest of the vehicle. Jamaris, my sales representative, along with Torrell, who was shadowing, were both incredibly patient, professional, and accommodating through every step of that process. When it came time to discuss numbers, I stayed firm on understanding the best value of the vehicle before even considering any trade-in discussion. The team handled the negotiation process respectfully and professionally, even through all the usual dealership back-and-forth. I appreciated that they took the time to actually work the numbers and come back with options rather than pushing me into a quick decision. What really stood out was when finance got involved. They came back with an option that honestly exceeded my expectations, letting me know I had the opportunity to move into a 2026 model with all the same features I wanted plus additional upgrades, while also lowering my APR and monthly payment. Even while continuing to negotiate packages and extras, they remained collaborative and solution-focused. I definitely gave them a run for their money, and they absolutely earned every bit of it. The entire team did a phenomenal job making the process feel straightforward, informed, and far less overwhelming than car buying usually is. Huge thank you to Jamaris, Torrell, and the finance team for their patience, professionalism, and commitment to helping me get the best possible deal. Highly recommend Hanania Volkswagen if you want a team that is willing to work with you and make the process go smoothly!

  They claim to rotate my tires when I get my car serviced here. I doubt that is true. My tires are worn unevenly and are not even old enough to be this bad. The last time I came, I left and a hubcap flew off on the interstate. Upon stopping, I discovered 1 other cap was also loose snd wouldn't snap back on properly. My tire rings were also cracked in some spots, and I know I didn't do anything to cause that. I got a new air filter also. I'm not sure if it was scented or if the service person rolled in cologne earlier in the day because my car had a strong odor similar to black ice trees or cologne. It lasted for a few weeks. If you care about your car take it to another VW dealership. A longer drive is worth better service.I gave 2 stars because the lady at the door is nice and 1 of the service advisors is helpful and explains stuff well.

  I recently brought my Passat in for service at Volkswagen of Orange Park, and unfortunately learned that due to its age, it was beginning to experience early engine failure.
