  This dealership is horrible from buying process and now to service. Sent car to get serviced as indicated. Once service was complete, we were told that the driver could not bring my car back as it was not safe to drive due to brake pad measurements. We were told that the level is below the Florida legal limit, however, Florida does not have a specific state-mandated minimum legal thickness for brake pads. In addition, tires need to be replaced but we were told that they cannot honor the quote given to me by an Infiniti employee on March 26th via text message. We found the same parts that are being told needs to be replaced for half of the price being quoted. This dealership is very crooked and trying to rip the customer off by charging more than should be and having the general manager tell us that a quote given by an employee of dealership cannot be honored. All because that employee does not work in the service department and that prices have changed since that quote was given just slightly over 2 weeks ago when service for car was scheduled. This is poor customer service and very unprofessional because they are not honest and do not keep their word, they say one thing and do another. I would think long and hard before using this dealership for any buying or service needs.

  I had a great experience at Hanania Infiniti and wanted to share how impressed I was with the level of service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. My service writer, Nate, did an outstanding job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood what was being done and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The service itself was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and values their customers. I highly recommend Hanania Infiniti, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Nate—he’ll take great care of you.

  Scheduling the appointment was easy, service the first day was acceptable but the quality of service went downhill after the first day. I received a call after dropping my car off that they were going to need to keep the car overnight and I should receive a call in the morning. Next day no follow up so I called, I was told they have diagnosed the problem and we’re currently working on it. Called again at the end of the day and was told they were still trying to do the alignment. Still no call back, third day I called again and was told they were still having a problem with the alignment. They did call my husband even though it’s my car and I’m the one who dropped it off for service. Finally by the end of the day on the 3rd day I finally got my car back. I’m also surprised the estimate would list something like hood struts as urgent and the cost to replace a part that cost less that $10 would be over $250. First of all that was not an urgent repair and second I will order the struts and replace them myself. The only positive thing I have to say is they do give a Military discount.

  I contacted this dealership because I was interested in a specific SUV they had for sale. I told them that the trip would be difficult to manage due to a spinal issue and it being an hour and a half away, but they assured me that they could work with my terms. I made sure to let them know what I had as a down payment, that I would be trading in a car that had a little bit of negative equity, and what my monthly payment budget was. I completed the credit app online and uploaded my documents before I left to go to them. They assured me that we could make a deal with those terms, so I took the drive. An hour into the ride, the sales manager called me to tell me that he sold the car, but they have over 3000 cars to choose from, so being so close already, I stopped in. It turns out the sales associate fought for me to be able to buy the suv because I drove such a long way for it, and we had been communicating about the car for a few days already. I test drove the car and it was perfect. Then, when it came down to the numbers, they said that with what I had down, I would need a co-signer or more money down to get into my budget range. I said I didn't understand because we had already agreed to terms, and I wouldn't have suffered the pain of the drive if this wasn't a sure thing. The sales manager then came to me and said he would give me 3500 for my car, and that's what's making the payment so high. When I told him that two other dealers appraised my car for over 7k, he told me to go back to them. He didn't try to negotiate, he didn't offer an alternative vehicle, he sent me away. Please do yourself a favor and don't give your hard-earned money to these scammers. Today I woke up in excruciating pain, empty-handed and broken hearted. Stay away!!!!
