- S9Soufsideslim 904Mar 1, 20261.0Overpriced and no warranty you can get better deals on the same tires from big chief, discount tires, tire kingdom and also if you just go to a different Goodyear location they will give you a better price almost $100 cheaper and it comes with some type of road hazard or warranty. I was told at this goodyear that they couldn't honor a road hazard price that was quoted to me because the guy who gave me the quote no longer works there.I went to a different Goodyear location and they honored it. Also depending on which staff member you talk to they will switch up pricing so be careful I won't shop at this Goodyear here again
- DRD RFeb 2, 20265.0Arrived an hour before closing due to my late arrival for an appointment and the confident, knowledgeable staff still serviced me for a tire repair. In and out in under an hour right before they closed. Staff is confident, well-versed, and gave me a free tire inspection just in case it may not have been a flat tire situation, and they still finished before closing after a diagnosis. Thank you, Christian!
- JPJames PerryDec 2, 20251.0Went there to get a quote for tires. I have a 250 transit that has a high roof. Was told by the guy in no uncertain terms my van was too tall. I didnt even drive the van to the location. As I left they had a chevy van on the lift with a ladder rack. Same height as my van without a ladder rack. I walked back and and said politely hey, my van is just about that same height. He said it's not about the height its about the weight. Googled the weight of both vehicles. They is a different of about 100lbs. Basically, we live in a world where people have no clue what the answer truly is so they say no and stick by the no even when there is clear evidence of a way to proceed. Why? Because they dont own the business and why should they give a shit.
