  I was out of town on a work vacation trip and on my last night at the Omni resort the valet brought my vehicle up and I noticed the tire pressure light was on, long story short I had a screw in my tire and the next day I needed to be able to take my brother and drop him off at the Jacksonville airport and then head back to Tampa. The Tire lost about 10 pounds of pressure overnight and that’s after putting air in it and a bottle fix a flat. I called seven tire repair shops and one of them being it was a Sunday was either rude and not wanting to take me in or gave me the quote. It’s gonna be five hours or longer wait speech.” I called Goodyear and Yuri. The service manager answered and immediately said absolutely bring it on over. After he inspected my car, the tire was unrepairable even though the car is a 2021 with only 10,000 miles because I work from home and rarely drive it in the tires had the same amount of tread as they did when I bought the car with only 3 miles on it, but as you’re pointed out, they were so dry rotted that not only could he not patch the tire they all needed to be replaced. This wasn’t him trying to upsell me. This was the honest truth, which I was aware of because I live in Florida in the tires were six years old. He was able to hook me up with four brand new tires with an awesome road hazard plan as well as a complete alignment with a three-year warranty including alignment at any Goodyear or sister location with a transferable warranty if I ever change out the vehicle. Not only was Yuri awesome and very welcoming, but so was Tyson who is the assistant service manager who also helped take care of me and ensure that my service was seamless and that I was back on the road within an hour and 20 minutes. I have to say good year struck gold when they hired Yuri and Tyson and this is coming from somebody that has never been to Jacksonville and has lived in Tampa for over 30 years. I had no prior experience working with them or going to their location, but they treated me as if I was a regular. I’m so grateful for the service that I receive from both Yuri and Tyson and I honestly would say if you need help with your vehicle or tires this is the location to go to and I’m definitely not being paid to do this review. Also, I only do review reviews if I get impeccable service, which is exactly what I got! Thank you, Yuri and Tyson. You guys were awesome.

  Been coming here for years and everyone is always extremely helpful and understanding. This recent trip was a lot, but Neo & Tyson really assisted with getting my car fixed. Really thankful & one example as to why I refer people here.

  Hi, I wanted to bring to your attention that Goodyear that’s located at Skymarks here in Jacksonville, Florida. Me and my coworkers have always had excellent service. The staff is nice to explain everything to you and we really appreciate that. Not only that my service has been excellent. Every time I come to Goodyear and I wanna give them five stars and tell them thank you me and some more of my coworkers as well.
